Ruach Ministries International is located in Port Arthur, Texas. This is a non-denominational, Christian ministry founded on biblical principles. The word Ruach (pronounced roo-ark) is a Hebrew word found in the Old Testament. It means ''wind, breath or spirit.'' Ruach is an active powerful word that speaks of life, new things coming into being, activity, power, etc. It is this empowering name that God has given to us as we build the kingom of God. The ministry's foundational scripture comes from Zechariah 4:6b which says, ''.....not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.''
