Minister Judith Ann Smith

Rev. Judith Smith is a licensed minister at Ruach Ministries International of Port Arthur, TX. She is a 2007 graduate of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Bible Institute with a Diploma in Biblical Studies. Minister Smith is an anointed teacher/preacher and it is evident that she has a gift of exhortation. She delivers ''A Word of Exhortation'' every Sunday during morning worship service with power, simplicity and clarity. Minister Judith is married with two children; she is a registered nurse and is also the Asst. Health Director for the City of Port Arthur.
